Chilli Beans on Toast
Ingredients - Two cans of black beans, Can of chopped tomatoes, Vegetable stock (250ml), 1 chopped onion, x 3 peppers (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), cumin, ground coriander, fresh coriander, smoked salt, smoked paprika, dried or fresh chilli and nutritional yeast (optional).

Chicken Madras
Ingredients - 2/3 chicken fillets (chopped into chunks), x 1 onion, x 2 tomatoes, chicken stock, 1/2 cucumber (finely chopped), 1tbsp curry powder, x 1 tbsp of tomato puree, 15g fresh ginger (finely chopped), 1 red chilli, x 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped), 1 tsp dried chilli, small bunch of coriander, small bunch of mint, x 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, basmati rice.
